La Victoria has a "point" program (oh the irony I see here) where you can enter UPC codes from their products and get free coupons. Right now you can head over and register HERE. You'll need to enter the following UPC codes:

After you've entered all of these codes head down to the bottom of the page and get your $4/2 coupon! The 16oz jars of salsa are $2.12 each at Walmart. They are also $2 each at Safeway however Safeway policy is not to accept internet coupons greater than half of an item’s value- so some cashiers will refuse the coupon. I am sure these are close to $2 at lots of other stores!
